They never came and fixed or sprayed for bugs. Even when you put in work ordered for it. They never cleaned out the pool , if you wanted to swim you do it yourself. We have rats in my building and they think. I am craxy so i took picture of them. Can't let my children play in there room because of them. In fact took everything out and closed that room. We can here them at night.

RUN!!!! Don't walk to any other community. The office staff is awful and they think everyone besides themselves are idiots. Kim doesn't try and hide her superiority complex, Sam will be sweet, but ultimately turn everything back around and put it on the customer and Chiara is just doing what they tell her and it seems like she's reading from a script ALL THE TIME. Maybe some of the units are nice- I wouldn't know- the ones I've seen are all dumps, dark and dingy. If it's all you can afford and you don't need anything from the office, maybe it's for you but think twice and read the lease....every word or you can get screwed at the end.

My roommate and I kept going back to this complex after looking at many alternatives. I can say after being here for two months I love it. They have quick maintenance staff, professional staff who are super helpful and they even have a valet trash service!! The only bad thing that has happened was when we were applying they took out $200 for the admin fee without telling me until I looked at my bank account. But it was a one time thing, other than that I haven't had any issues. It's a quiet complex, all facilities are kept clean. Love the space of the apartment too, can always find parking. I love living here!

Mixed feelings about this place. I've been a resident for Bridges almost two years so I have seen a lot of changes, namely in management. The staff that I signed my first lease with was absolutely amazing. Our leasing agent was Cash and whenever I had an issue, he was so patient and friendly when answering. Maintenance is wonderful even though I had very few issues with my first unit. My roommates and I moved over the summer into a larger unit and here's where things looked... sloppy. Two days before move-in, I called the office to ask about the keys for the new apartment and when I would see the new lease. Chris hadn't a clue what I was talking about. The lease hadn't been drafted and the move-in wasn't even in their calendar. When moving day did finally arrive, we signed THREE leases because there were mistakes on two of them. My roommate had paid a deposit for her pets in the previous apartment and we had asked months prior whether she would need to pay another deposit. They said no then. Fortunate for us, the response had been in writing and she was able to produce the documentation for that. We were fortunately granted another day on our lease for the other apartment to move and clean things but a week later, we recieved an expensive bill from Bridges saying that had replaced the carpet in both rooms of the previous apartment. Yes, my roommate has cats but she paid a $300 pet deposit to cover the damage and all of the flooring in the apartment was new when we moved in-- allegedly. She also paid a contractor that allegedly worked with Bridges of Kennesaw to fix a patch of carpet that had been pulled up over time (They had no record of a contractor so someone pocketed her money after fixing the carpet. Um?) We tried to refute the charges and contacted their management company, Radco, but ended up eating the charges to save further hassle. Apparently, your pet deposit doesn't insure anything so be prepared to lose out on your safety deposit if you have pets. The apartment we moved into is okay. We like the the lay-out and the bigger kitchen but the carpet was obviously aged upon arrival. Crystal, our leasing agent for the new apartment, said she would make a note of it in the lease BUT we'll see whether that happened or not. They installed "environmentally friendly" plumbing in Feburary but it was done improperly in the master bath and debatably in the kitchen. The linoleum in the living room was also installed improperly because you can feel the air underneath the flooring where it curled up, probably from exposure to weather. I have seen (often) their flooring contractors laying the sheets of linoleum in the streets where they are rained on and driven over by cars before installation. The rent here may seem reasonable if you're not looking too hard. We thought we secured an excellent deal for a three bed two bath by approaching them months in advance but it turns out that some of the nicer apartment complexes in Kennesaw provide more amenties and comparable rent pricing. The convenience of not paying another administration fee and application fee somehow outweighed looking elsewhere for us. If I had to sum up my experience with Bridges of Kennesaw, I would say mostly pleasant but not without hitches. In the last 3 or 4 months, it does seem like the leasing staff is more pleasant and perhaps more professional. They have tried to offer more events that would appeal to residents. I dread moving because I do like the area a lot but I know they will find something wrong with the apartment (probably their carpet that they opted not to replace in an old unit but purged in a newly renovated one. Sigh.) Keep improving, Bridges.

The front office gives horrible costumer service. They almost never answer the phone when you call. They put the wrong dates on my lease, made me sign another one and still tried to charge us the wrong amount when it came time to pay rent. Chris tried helping, but it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. When this problem was resolved there was no apologie and Crystal continually spoke over me. I live with 3 other roommates and we have all given our emails and phone numbers about 3 times and the office still doesn't have it saved. When my lease is up I am moving and I would not recommend living here to anyone. Edit- 9/2/17 After us going down to the office 3 times, having to email them our copy of our lease, and being promised the issues was resolved we come home today to find a "final reminder of balance due" on our door. We played what our statement stated and after what the revised statement the office gave us stated. We had to go down to the office again just from them to realize their mistake (which should have be caught before the notice made it to my door) and not apologize. When my lease is up I am moving and I would not recommend living here to anyone. I will try calling the number in the response one time but it is the same office number I've been calling from the beginning, the same office number that never picks up.
