I've known Craig and Linda since high school (quite a few years ago :) ). They are straight shooters and excellent realtors. Craig was in the banking business before real estate and can advise on financing -- huge help! I was born and raised in Winchester... the Bridgewaters have my business!

Absolutely the WORST Real Estate Agent in KY.  My sister hired this guy to sell our family property.  NOT ONE person in two years looked at it while listed with him.  We listed it with another agent and people started looking at it immediately.  ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!  If I could give him a minus ten I would.  If you want to sell your property do yourself a favor.  DON'T sign with Bridgewater.
