I hired the right guy. First, I'd like to stress that this case could have jeopardized my career.  Being named as a Defendant in any kind of case is not something I take lightly.  If you hold a security clearance, you understand the importance of a clean record.  Mr. Roche provided me with expertise knowledge throughout the entire process.  Without his guidance, I would have felt lost in the process and would not have received the judicial outcome that I did. He was able to meet with me the following day after I contacted him, within a week, and we hit the ground running. He was able to calm my fears and kept me organized throughout the entire process to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. It's not easy to find an attorney that is not only skilled and experienced ,but also and has high principles and values and truly cares about his clients. 
Mr. Roche is truly best of the best. Very kind and well mannered attorney. He really knows what he is doing. He Doesn't brag about his years of legal experience or the books he has written. He is humble, soft spoken, and gets the job done perfectly.  We found him thorough a referral. I highly recommend this superb lawyer.
He does fantastic job without ripping you off with a ridiculous bill.

I  knew I was in great hands with Brien Roche moments after our first meeting. He provides more than legal expertise. He's wise, ethical, experienced and offers a strong dose of good judgment. Always thinking at least one step ahead, Brien is able to anticipate and avoid problems. Exactly what I look for in an attorney.

Mr. Roche is an outstanding attorney!  My expectations are that an attorney will be: knowledgeable, professional, responsive, trustworthy, experienced, and respectful. Brien is all those things, and more. My case was extremely  complicated, very egregious and three years in duration.  Our positive outcome was due to Brien's professionalism, calm demeanor and expertise as both a litigator and his foundation as a former police officer that guided me through one of the more difficult times in my life.  Brien kept me focused on the issues at hand, he provided the information I needed to make necessary decisions without delay and he worked closely with me on strategy, giving his opinion on matters without being pushy or demanding. My family is grateful to Mr. Roche for his expertise and the vast knowledge that he commands of the law. Mr. Roche far exceeded my expectations on how an attorney works with clients.
