I am an electrician  and through zipcruiter I got an interview. Awesome. It felt great. No more staffing agencies. Benefits. A job with a future. I have great qualifications and am licensed but the last few years have been hard because these agencies have taken over the business. You're used and tossed like cheap toilet paper. Bright future which I said I wanted out of the staffing racket, held against me my job changing over the last few years. Had my resume. Knew I'd struggled with that and then turned me down for that. Come on people. The trade is changing. They embarrassed me, wasted my time, and do not waste your time here. They want perfection. A robot. I'm very sore and believe others should know. Bright future lied, left me hanging, and now because I sacrificed my temp job for an interview, I'm unemployed. Thanks bright future. Hope you get ahead of the curve. This isn't the 90s any more.
