I have been driven crazy by this place, I got crown for one of my teeth in this dental clinic, it still hurt after adjustment for nearly 5 times, I can not endure this any more. I also got my wisdom teeth extracted here, but my tongue is still numb after one week, both of these two things are annoying so much that my sleep is not good any more and my attention is distracted all the time. 
DO NOT trust the front desk lady, if they say they will call you back, because they never do that!

I have been fighting with another dental office whom allowed me to go without teeth for months only to be told twice they submitted my paperwork wrong so I contacted brightnow dental.  I can't believe it the manager listened to my story and contacted the Azusa office by the morning I literally was just seen and they got it all taken care of on the spot!  This office is not only exceptionally professional but the entire staff and dentist were so friendly and caring I honestly can't believe it!  I am forever grateful to the brightnow staff and dentist! Thank you for giving me hope and my life back
