My husband had a oral surgery scheduled at 10am. We didn't see the Dr till 1250pm. And this was the first time meeting the surgeon Dr, so of course we had questions about his impacted tooth. Dr ends up referring is to a ucla surgeon. He was helpful and answered questions. But surgical tech was little pushy. Surgical tech kept tapping her foot impatiently and checking her loud phone going off while we were talking to dr. .Wait time again was more than 2 hours. I wish they would do consults first and not consult on surgery day. What a waste of time and now we have to go thru a process of refunding my credit card. They insisted on charging before surgery . I do not understand how the rating for them is so high .

Never gone to the dentist before and was nervous to go but when i showed up the girl in the front desk was very welcoming and helpful ,reassuring me that I would be taken care of and was she right, easy ,hassle free experience. Thanks again Stephanie 👍

The receptionist was very helpful and answered all my questions and the dentists were all courteous and fast, went in for a cleaning and got it done very fast and they left my teeth looking a lot Better!

I have been going to this place for over 20 years I love my doctor she is gentle and my work is always done right I trust this place and the staff is always so friendly . The office manager is the bomb very helpful with information if I need it . Yea sometimes theirs a wait but hay you wouldn’t want your work done in a rush right... thanks Bright now and your amazing staff
