I have been going to Bright Sail before they were called Bright Sail! At least 15 years and they have been amazing everytime! They have altered everything from communion dresses to every day casual for me and have never been disappointed.  The women who work there are as amazing as there work especially Alla. I love this place, and will never go anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!😀

Poor work and unprofessional.  Anyone can dry clean pants that are clean.  That’s all they’re good for.  Don’t waste your time otherwise.  Drive a little further to a reputable dry cleaner.

I am quite upset! They ruined my clothing! My sweater is soooo obviously ruined yet they wrapped it in a way where you cant see the damage, hung it over a hanger, put a bag over it and kept silent about it. I only noticed it when I wanted to wear it. Shame on you for not saying anything. A blind person could not have missed the damage! Today I wanted to wear my green BCBG dress that I absolutely love and it is not a dress anymore! It is a shirt! I almost cried from anger. These clothes were dry cleaned plenty of times before by another dry cleaning service and never had this issue. What are you doing to my clothes to damage them beyond repair?? I entrusted them with so many of my expensive clothing over the course of a week. I have to take everything out of my closet and inspect every item they dry cleaned. I very seldom leave reviews but this is a warning to other customers that they need a lot of training on dry cleaning. Did not try them for alterations.

They do an exceptional job.  I'm 6' tall and have a hard time finding clothes that fit me.  They alter all of my clothing quickly for a more comfortable fit.  They also help me with my riding suits.

I overheard a woman talking in Northampton about Bright Sail Dry Cleaners in Westfield and how this woman Alla is amazing in her altering, the best around.  So I a dress for her to alter for my  daughter's wedding.  Alla is amazingly detailed and is a perfectionist! She has been doing this for a very long time and is very very good at it!  She is a wonderfully friendly person and very kind and you never feel rushed.  The final product is a dress more beautiful than when I first bought it!, Thanks Alla, Darlene
