Story

Founded in Tampa, in 1961, Brimmer, Burek & Keelan, LLP (BB&K), is a professional accounting services and management consulting organization serving individual businesses in various industries and assisting them in the attainment of their strategic goals. BB&K has experienced better organic and acquisitive growth over its history and has maintained a very stable partnership ownership.

We provide assurance and attest services to privately held companies; tax services including income and estate tax planning, taxpayer representation, and tax return preparation and consulting in profitability enhancement as well as specialty consulting in business process and operations.

Our clients have relied upon us to structure innovative compensation plans, equity participations, tax reduction strategies and cash flow improvement programs. Succession planning for family-held businesses is one of the programs that we have implemented over multiple generations.
