Coming from California we were new to all of this, and very  concerned about having to replace the roof on our new home after this past March, 2017 hail storm in McKinney.  We interviewed many roofers and after speaking with Johnny with Brinker we chose them based on professionalism and explanation of the process.  Our roof is very large and very steep and includes a large metal turret.  He didn’t hesitate about his team being able to get this roof completed.  It looks fantastic as do the gutters and new screens.  Johnny at Brinker was always just a text or phone call away during the entire process.  He dealt with us and all of our questions and concerns and took the time to explain any and everything with professionalism.   We will use Brinker again next time because of the quality of the roof, the professionalism and communication and education we were given by Brinker.  (Additionally before doing the roof he checked HVAC lines and after he completed he checked the lines again.  Also, he actually got on the roof himself to check for the damage and walked it again with our insurance adjuster.).  Our insurance company also pointed out to us “we had a good company” when Brinker couldn’t start the roof because of 20 percent chance of rain.  While at first disappointed the insurance adjuster explained if it rains during process it can cause leaking and could also cause rotting of the roof deck if roofing product applied to deck while even damp.

They say good things come to those who wait. I am happy I waited for Brinker Construction! My roof was damaged by the hail storms in March. They inspected my property and told me their schedule was 4 weeks out. The materials were delivered the same day they scheduled to roof. The crew arrived exactly when they said, materials were dropped in the exact place they said, and the roof was finished that day like they said. I couldn't be happier to have such a smooth roof replacement.

I don't often participate in reviews, but occasionally there are still companies out there that provide exceptional service deserving of a review. I am compelled to share my experience as I am a business owner and believe in strong business principles. The salesman are top notch and customer service is great. Everyone I was in contact with working for this company was experts and I felt great about my decision to use Brinker time and time again. Since my initial roof replacement, Brinker has completed 2 other jobs for me and they are about to start on the 3rd. I have a great experience every time and am glad to have found a company I can trust.

We had hail damage done to our roof and had to replace it. Pail and his tram did a great job. They worked around my busy schedule and were able to get the roof done exactly on time when they promised. They are extremely organized and efficient. Their employees are happy and all did a good job as well. Overall good company and good people.

Great Experience! Thanks Paul for helping me choose the right products for my new roof. My home looks better than ever and I couldn't be happier. The crew came and went in a matter of hours and did an incredible job. Everything was done on time and above my expectation. Thank you so much!
