The restaurant itself is good but I had my graduation party here and I felt that I could have been better taken care of. I was told the room was going to be ready at 6... it wasn’t ready until 6:30 which left me barely any time to decorate. The dessert I chose for my party was messed up. People had to wait on drinks. The men who came in to clean up at the end were complaining we left a mess (which we did not...?) , right in front of me! Very rude. I wouldn’t have a party here again.

AWESOME RESTAURANT! Was here today for lunch for my birthday and our waitor was so nice! Got us another swing for the car seat since the buckle was broken. Even made me a white peach tea to go! Super sweet great first visit here and will definitely come back! Definitely recommend people to come here!

We went there in a party of six and had a wonderful time. Food was great - from the bruschetta appetizer to the pasta to wood grilled chicken. Atmosphere was casual, but still conducive to conversation. We will return for sure.

So disappointed in my lunch at Brio. I have always loved this restaurant, but my most recent meal there was one I would never serve to a guest in my home. Our waiter, Mike, to his credit, offered to do whatever he could to make it better, but the result was still less than satisfactory. I ordered a large chopped salad topped with a sliced grilled chicken breast. The salad was described in the menu as having chopped greens, tomato, black olives, red onion, cucumber and feta. But what arrived at my table was little more than a huge mound of pale green and white iceberg lettuce pieces. There were just a few tiny-- and I mean tiny--bits of other ingredients. The chicken breast was small, heavily charred (burned, in my opinion) and dry. My companions agreed that it was unacceptable. After returning it to the kitchen, I received another salad with some actual greens (spinach) mixed into the iceberg and another small chicken breast that was correctly grilled. No other salad veggies were added. Mike tried his best, but the kitchen only did the minimum to respond. I might try Brio again, (service was great, and my companions were satisfied with their meals), but if I have another experience like the one I had recently, I won't go back.

Wonderful service, huge menu selection, and a delicious peach cobbler dessert! I just made a bad choice by ordering the short ribs with gouda polenta. The ribs were a blob of fat, presented in less than appetizing way. When I return to Brio--and I'd like to do so--I'll try a different entree.
