If you enjoy biscuits, I think you should definitely try ordering one there. They offer various options, including biscuits with brisket, chicken, and scrambled eggs with cheddar. Overall, the biscuit was good, featuring tender meat and delicious jelly.Food: 4/5
One of the better biscuits I’ve ever had. I got the blueberry & Gouda sausage and jelly biscuit + the pimento grits. So good. The jelly was slammin. The pimento grits were unlike anything I’ve had before, very rich and perfect for sharing. Like most things of this category, wish it was a few dollars cheaper and would come 5x as much, at least it’s high quality Located on the coffee & beer garden lot — plenty of options for anyone, coffee, beer, multiple food trucks, outdoors/indoors, such a nice spot on a Sunday afternoon Free Parking was limited, but there were options across the street and down street, so don’t give up if nothing in the attached lot right away
Got the inside out cinnamon roll that was very soft. I also got the brisket, egg, and cheese. Brisket was moist and had some nice seasonings. Really hits the spot for breakfast.Food: 5/5
BRISCUITS Biscuits & Barbecue Located at Radio Coffee & Beer in Austin, Texas, Let me tell you, this place is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat with friends or even for a solo outing. And the food... oh my goodness, the food! It's a haven for biscuit lovers and barbecue enthusiasts alike.
yummmmmy!! After seeing Briscuits featured on BBQuest w Jess Pryles & Co, we absolutely *had* to get there and try the signature smoked-strawberry-jam & brisket housemade Biscuit- 137% worth the hype! The Biscuit itself is very dense and cake-like; the smoked strawberry jam so unique & delicious; but it's the brisket itself that totally blew our expectations out of the water - perfect! I almost expected something a little lackluster, carried by unique delivery, but the meat was delish on its own - something you'd expect to be served from the big names like Micklethwait, Franklin, la BBQ, etc - LOVE it! I also absolutely loved the Biscuit sticks with peppery white country gravy, too. The pork belly burnt ends though - OUCH! Melted my eff'n face, sooo spicy - grateful for the awesome beer & espresso selection at Radio to put out the flames
Okay, wow. Just wow. The meat here is tip notch, not as tier but A tier for sure. Biscuits and jam the same, although the jellies may be s tier, they were incredible. Fried chicken was tasty and juicy too. Would definitely send my estimator on a 90 round trip to get this food again. Unique, delicious and truly Austin.
Amazing breakfast and food truck idea. Great biscuits. Got the smoked strawberry jelly with brisket which was lean but it worked very well! Come early since parking at Radio can get full quickly. Online ordering only as of now. Dog friendly bc of all the patio space. Love they got the best URL ever!
Husband’s feedback: “Really good. The briscuit had perfect bark flavor . The combination of briscuit and jelly were symmetrical and pure genius.”
The best biscuit I’ve ever tasted in Texas. The brisket is on point. The brisket egg and cheese biscuit was absolutely amazing. The brisket and jam biscuit was surprisingly good as well. I tried the pimento cheese grits and found the insanely delightful. I will definitely come back soon. I rate this place 12/10.
Located inside Radio, Briscuits is an absolute must try! The brisket, egg & cheese is so rich and filling! The atmosphere is amazing and there is plenty of seating and parking.Food: 5/5
