I was a little weary when I first learned about using private pharmacies online. I have been looking for a reliable service for my father-in-law, who prides himself on independently living. I know he needs all the help possible, so I took my time and looked at multiple companies before trying Brisma. I used their online request form, and was greeted with a pleasant phone call within 24 hours. I spoke with the Iby, the company owner personally, and she explained how their delivery service worked. They deliver to many large organizations, and also to private families on an individual basis. I really liked their personal touches; I think it is a family-owned company. I've been using them for a year now and haven't had any complaints, their deliveries have always been consistent and on time. I would highly recommend this service to families with elderly members, whom wish to live more independent lifestyles, and I have referred to my neighbors and co-worker. Thanks Brisma for the great service, and helpful customer service.

Brisma pharmacy has been a God sent for my family. Starting from the pharmacist to the staff. Their professionalism and caring approach to things is what makes this pharmacy stand out. When things come up ( which is infrequent), their willingness to work with you, listen and find a solution is very important to me and my family. Thank you Brisma for everything that you do and continue to do for our communities.

These guys are professional, responsive, and they work around my busy schedule. 

Simply send in your prescription and insurance info and they can have meds to you in minutes.

What can I say, Brisma Pharmacy has lived up to their name. I don't know who else would go more than that extra mile to make sure we had all the medicine we needed at the time we really needed a miracle. Iby,  you are more than the best and your staff has been  AMAAAAZZZIIINNGG!!!!!

Brisma serviced my father’s group home. He ran out of meds monthly. They never improved the problems and I had to move my father out to another group home not serviced by Brisma. Iby the pharmacy owner was very uncooperative in transferimg dad’s Rx’s to another pharmacy and providing receipts for all the charges made by Brisma to my father’s credit card.  I filed a complaint with the AZ Board of Pharmacy.  Don’t use a group home for your family member that is serviced by Brisma Pharmacy.
