The service here is outstanding... I mean, really outstanding. The staff is well-trained, polite, and efficient. The waiting area is also exceptional... Comfortable seating with movable armrest for a laptop. If you're trying to work quietly and do not want the television as a distraction, they have a quiet room available with separate cubicles. My one recommendation would be if you're looking for a cup of coffee to enjoy while you wait, best to bring your own. They have a high-tech coffee machine there, but with all the options available on the machine, the coffee is pretty horrible. The snack bar includes granola bars,apples, crackers, and cookies... Which is more than I've seen at other dealerships. Even though the place is pretty busy, I've never had to wait more than an hour to have any work done.

I stopped into Bristol Toyota last Sunday to take a quick look at a new Tacoma. I went in at the end of the day, I got there at 4:30 knowing that they close at 5 on Sundays. I was not expecting to take a test drive, I merely wanted to take a look at a particular truck I saw on their website to see the color in person. The salesperson who assisted me, Mike Domingos, was very helpful. The truck I wanted to see was not on the lot, he went over to the other lot and retrieved it so I could check it out. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the truck; I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions and he did a terrific job of pointing out all the truck's features. After I got a good look at the truck, Mike asked if I wanted to take it out for a drive. I replied that I knew it was close to closing, and I didn't want to keep him late, especially as I wasn't in any hurry to buy. Mike said no problem, that could come back another day if I wanted, but since I was already there, and he had the truck out, he'd be happy to stay a little late to go for a ride. How could I say no?  Mike was great on the test drive as well; I've been on other test drives in the past where the salesperson bombarded me with info, but other than pointing out a few of the features pertinent to driving it, and answering questions I had, Mike sat back and let me experience the vehicle.

I haven't decided to purchase a vehicle yet, but when I do, I will definitely give Bristol Toyota another look and go back to see Mike. I very much appreciated the friendly and low pressure atmosphere that I experienced there. 

I would certainly recommend Bristol Toyota to friends and family based on my experience there, and if you're looking for a Tacoma, go see Mike, he definitely knows these trucks!

The staff was very friendly, and the environment was clean, and comfortable! Their inventory is also second to none!  Our salesman Steve Axtell was awesome from the beginning to the end! Do not hesitate, feel confident you will be treated well, and will get a great deal!

Dealing with Sharon was a breath of fresh air. I have bought h many cars new and used over the years and this by far was my best experience. Sharon treated us as friends and not a dollar sign. She was patient and explained everything. I will recommend Sharon to everyone I know.   Thanks Sharon Jorde for making this experience great.

Excellent experience, quick, efficient and no hassles. Best dealership experience in 25 years. No sales pitch or pressures. Definitely will go back for my next vehicle.
