I had used Brito and Brito for my tax preparation for a few years.  I recently learned they have made several mistakes and submitted erroneous information on several of my tax forms.  

Upon asking them for clarification regarding this along with asking them for a government form that I need to be filled out, I received this response.  I have edited the explitives.  

Before you read this, you should know, I am an American woman who lives overseas.  I have not been to their office in years.

I believe there are many other CPA's out there that are much more professional and provide better service.

this accounting do not respect customers !!! my appointement giving to me one week ago at 11am and when I arrived at 11am they asked me to wait for little time,,,,,,,,,, at 12h30 and still waiting without any hope to see someone,,,, I left unhappy to waste all this time to go there and again waste more time waiting in their tiny waiting room !! this is not a good place for me to do my accounting.
