If one can manage their investment affairs this is a great service to help you meet your goals. But being in control means YOU must make decisions and all Broad Fin & Madison Trust does is handle reporting to IRS to make your IRA legal - Some complain about their fees without understanding Broad & Madison have to survive and if they don't you loose. Less than $200.00 per yr for the account and $25 - $50 to write a disbursement check is peanuts for the freedom a self directed IRA gives.

I simply don't understand the negative comments and surmise those complaining simply don't understand what it takes to manage their business..........MichaelR

Broad Financial educated us on what the 401 k solo trust is and helped us establish this product. Since the banks in our local area were very unfamiliar with this product, it was quite some effort from Broad Financial and the bank to finally have it established. 

This product is the best retirement product I could dream of. It gives me the flexibility to manage it and the IRS allows quite a large contribution yearly. We are extremely grateful for what Broad Financial has done for us and continually provide support whenever it is needed. They are knowledgeable and professional. 

Eva Ordentlich is especially very helpful and always willing to provide guidance. We very much appreciate her expertise and professionalism.

Jay and Eva are great!  Really helpful in getting the account set up with the bank for my 401K solo.  Very knowledgeable in this area.

My representative, Mr. Jeff Astor was very helpful and informative. He made me feel safe and secure in my transition to a Self-Directed IRA, and helped to keep me on course staying within IRS guidelines. I do enjoy the monthly emails with the cartoons, they make me feel as though the people at Broad Financial really care about my security. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and seamless transition. Thanks a lot.
