The Central Coast's Best Place for BBQ - we've been barbecuing Beef Ribs, Tri-tip and Chicken for over 20 years! The Rib Line is famous for ribs, tri-tip, chicken, burgers, chili and all the fixings, including baked beans, potato salad, corn bread, house-made dessert and much more. We also have delicious healthy grilled salmon and farmers market salads.

Have an event coming up? We do full-service catering, from elegant sit-down service to fun barbecue pop-ups. We are extremely flexible, and only use the freshest ingredients to make delicious food so your event can shine. Weddings, dinners, company events, parties, picnics and more.

Best food in SLO. We frequent here readily as the portions are large and consistently delicious. Beef ribs are amazing. Pretty much everything we have ordered is perfect, savory and cooked to perfection!.. Generous slice of carrot cake for desert!....so save room!

Great flavors, meats and sides. Out shines most local bbq places. Going to try the one in Grover Beach for comparison

I absolutely love their beef ribs. SO GOOD! 
The king's dream sandwich is also great. Their cornbread isn't good. They have good fries and baked potatoes.

Great happy hour specials, but the service is quickly becoming legendary for its lack of quality. Might be a SLO thing.  I would recommend giving it a try, but set the bar of expectations very low for service.  Food outs often great, but VERY expensive outside happy hour.
