Was treated like family when I stopped at the San Marcos branch to discuss new account services with a personal banker. The staff and branch manger were all knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this bank and branch for both personal and business banking needs.

I am not a member, but I visit regularly on another person's behalf and I am ALWAYS treated well. Niomi is tops!

Friendly folks and all the function we need in a bank. Reasonable expectations and a wide variety of services. The online banking and app are user friendly. Works for our family.

Absolutel the worst bank in the area.  We've been a customer there for 15+ years, and opened an account for another business, to hold money for checks to our customers.  They would not accept a cashiers check from another local bank, and want to hold the funds for 48 hours to make sure we're trustworthy.  

This after 15 years.  They have lost my business forever, I'll go to a real bank -- Frost, Compass, Sage or almost anyone else.  A real bush league bank.  STAY AWAY.
