Man... this is the best pizza I have ever had. This pizza is so good that I had my family from NY try it and they are still talking about it. Mind you, its been since 2005! When you open the box the pizza looks like a model for a TV commercial. It is so good!

I've been ordering for over 10 years and have never had a problem until today. The last time I ordered delivery the driver went to the wrong house and I didn't receive my order until 2 hours after I ordered. I ordered today and they refused to deliver explaining that because I didn't answer the door last time they won't be delivering to my address. They refuse to believe me that it was the drivers mistake. I'll take my business to arcade pizza.

I've been a customer for over 30 years now, same great food since I've been ordering from them. They always make the food with love same great friendly owners that's very kind and respectful. Best pizza in town and always hot and fresh. Keep up the great work you guys! I'm a customer for life, I tell all my friends Broadway pizza is the best authentic Italian restaurant in Cleveland. Ordered 2 Medium pizzas at 9:30 pm.... was told delivery was45 min to an hour... after and hour and5 minutes...we called and were told it was on its way....15 minutes after they we called again and was told it should be there any minute....20 minutes after they we called again and w told they are busy and it should be there any minute.... asked to speak to a manager.... was told she would call me back in a couple minutes... never did... driver finally got there and hour and 50 minutes later... I told him to call his bid because I wanted top talk to her.... she didn't even talk to me but told the driver to bring the pizzas back....I called them back and was told ( very rudely) that they are real busy and there are customers that were waiting longer than me for their pizzas and they weren't complaining because they were still getting hot pizzas..... if your busy.... say something when purple order.... not tell then their pizza will be there within the hour knowing its not....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
