Danya stayed late to correct my hair color & texture after a different local salon gave me the worst highlights that caused damage to my hair. That other salon would not fit me in to fix their error. I was desperate as I needed my hair to look presentable for graduate school on Monday. Danya & her assistant came through for me. I will forever be grateful & will recommend this place to anyone & everyone I know.

This Review is about: "Rachel Lafuente" I am sorry for the misleading one-star review. If I could give a zero, I would have done so. Bought a Groupon and tried to schedule an appointment. Guess what? She never picks her phone up or answer voice mails. I tried calling 4 times, left 2 voicemails but nothing. Of course, by the time I tried all of that, the 3-day refund period had already passed. Now Groupon would not refund me the money. If you do not want customers, do not ask for any!

Guess the only reason why Rachel ruined my hair and lacked customers service skills miserably where I was concerned was probably due to the fact that I had a "Groupon" discount that fully covered the services I received. It seems that money talks excellence as in excellent customer service. Not that anyone cares but she did everything opposite of what I politely requested of her and got to the point of me crying after I left with the bad service I received. I wasn't asking for much, I just wanted my split ends removed and my hair at an even length so I can continue wearing a pony tail. I was pretty clear that I did not want layers. I felt she disregarded my requests and decided to rush everything while having had a facial expression of annoyance and a little bit of disgust as she was doing my hair. Everything she did made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. My split ends are still around while random parts of my hair are of different length of strands. If I use Groupon for a discount or free service of some kind in the future, it will not be used at this salon for sure. UPDATE: Posted a couple photos of what Rachel did to my hair in case nobody believed me. I mean seeing how everyone else is rating this place a 5 star...

Danya was supper awesome, got me in when I had a bad experience with a groupon lady and did my highlights and cut super nice !!!! I will be going back !!!
