I always have an excellent experience when I bring my car here. The staff is friendly & work hard to get your car to you in great turnaround time. David helped me & was really great with communicating what I needed! Highly recommend

Stopped in on short notice and with no appointment to have two tires swapped on different rims. Even though they were super busy and almost closing, without hesitation knocked the job out for me in 15 mins flat! The staff were all super friendly and a shop that can be trusted to treat you right! Thanks fellas!

While there on Friday after discussing the needed part with Chad ... he would place the order  ... while sitting there he BS'd with one person and had other customer ... when ask had he looked into it he was unable  to give an answer because he was multitasking ... put me low on pecking order ... 
Was told I could have it early Monday ... then received a call from David that they sent wrong parts and it would be ready @4: 30 ...
When I got there NO REPLACEMENT PARTS ORDERED ... the person answering my questions had no idea as to work issues on the floor...
This person told me that if I left it they would fix the issue ... I told him do I look happy ... you can't follow thru and you had not told me the truth. ..
The heavy mechanic as I watched put the hose on with MUCH DIFFICULTY. .. BESIDES SLAMING MY HOOD DOWN AS HE DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN ... STARTED MY CAR AND IT RAN SO BAD ... NOT AT ALL THE WAY I DROPPED IT OFF ...
I asked the service person that helped to listen to it and told me ... he wasn't there when I dropped off and  yes i said what the f**k this is not the way i dropped it off ... he said take your car and get off the property ... TURNED WALKING AWAY 
I know for a fact that your mechanic frayed the hose so bad it wouldn't run properly. ..
You looked responsible as why I came to you ... but if you couldn't get the hose and PVC valve done right ...  THANK  HEAVENS I DIDN'T BRING MY WINDSTAR TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER ...
