Horrible customer service. Had bought a Miele vacuum from them. After a few years the vacuum suction kept going on and off while in use. I suggested that he replace the hose. The technician told me it was the motor and he had to replace it and he had a motor from a returned machine that was perfectly good. He put the new/old motor in but it continued to do the same thing. I kept telling him it must be the hose that was bad but he said I was wrong. So I decided to call Miele. The customer service rep immediately said it was the hose and would replace it a no charge. We did that and it has worked ever since. The Brook Valley tech called and screamed at me how dare I go over his head!

As a 15+ year customer of Brook Valley, we won't shop anywhere else. Although, we did compare their prices beforehand, and we were pleasantly surprised. We just purchased an entire whole house worth of new appliances, and a washer and dryer as well. From the sales experience to delivery and installation, there was no hassle what so ever. Prices were great, and they had rebates the big box store don't have, so our price was lower. We were even directed to a nicer models with a bigger manufacturers discount with many more features, which made it cheaper than the model we went in to see originally. Our salesman was spot on and the delivery guys were great.

This is a great resource. We've gotten furniture, Tv's, and more. All the people here are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Lousy customer service! Would not honor warranty and Wanted to charge me for service call Claiming get it was no longer under the,warranty I called May tag directly and they sent a service repair person the next day at no charge because I still was under the warranty, seems awfully sneaky of Brooke Valley trying to get me for a service call Never deal with them again and so much for supporting small business
