I had three kids go through here and never really had any issues. As another benefit, the school recognized when they needed special or extra help and provided it.

My son was moved from Chicago to here and he's attending the school and I noticed the difference it is a huge difference

My daughter went to this school and it was horrible... my daughter was sent to this school after her other school sent her here because of too many students in one school... Brookdale was not only prejudice the teachers did not no what they were doing my daughter had a hard time learning here. There was only one teacher mrs.b a fifth grade teacher who had to help my daughter learn and understand what the other teachers were talking about. I did not like this school!!! thank god my daughter is in a more diverse school that she really likes and me. Its a shame I had to move to dist.203 to get her the help she needed
