We are a vendor who did work for Brookdale over a year ago and still have not been paid. They offer very little communication as well, despite multiple calls, emails, and faxes they keep pushing us away and refusing to pay. At this point we just want to warn others not to do business with them unless you want to do it for free. Completely unacceptable for a business to refuse payment for so long. They keep telling us they need our W2 despite confirming multiple times they have received it.

They are always out of food for seniors they are not taking care of them they are mean to seniors and they have no voice to speak where can I go to help these seniors there rooms and also meds are being given to them when needed are not they need there meds and help them pleasenote meds are not given when needed

I have been going to Brookdale in Stayton since it was formerly Lakeside. In the beginning the food and service in the dining room was very good. Since it has changed ownership, the food and kitchen service has dropped greatly in the last year or so. An example can be if four people are sitting at a table, three of them can be served and done before the fourth person has even received their food. Another problem is often waiting up to an hour for the meals to arrive at the table. An equally frustrating issue is receiving cold food. Speaking on a positive note is that the majority of the employees are wonderful, caring people. The grounds and all the surroundings are kept up beautifully.

Love, Love, Love this community! The staff and residents are amazing here. I would recommend living here. Best in the area, hands down.
