Brookfield is by far the best facility I have ever walked into. The administrator David always has his door open and greets all the patients. There is no foul odor when I walked in. The receptionist gave me a tour of the facility and knew every patient by their first name. The patients are very involved in the activities, the entire table was full for the painting activity. All of the staff greets you with a smile and are very attentive. One of a kind building and service.

This place does a great job in patient care and entertainment. The patients are not just getting their health taken care of but also they get to enjoy their stay. Brookfield includes many activities for the entire week. 
The nurses are also attentive and personally take their time to ensure patients are taken care of. They go beyond their job description and it is evident. Would highly recommend. One of the best places.

I just want to say thank you to Brookfield Healthcare Staff for taking care of my loved one. 2 months ago, my family member was brought here for rehab. We were hesitant at first because we heard a lot of negative comments about nursing homes in general.   The experience we had was a memorable and amazing one!  My grandma was crying when she first got to Brookfield but in the end, she was also crying when she was going back home because she said she would miss everyone at Brookfield. All the staff members are incredible and hard working. They work with all that they have. It is very clean and the food was tailored to my grandmas likes.  Rehab is like Disneyland. Happiest place on earth. They not only work with patients physically but also provide so much emotional support. Nurses are one of a kind. They don't just give out medications. They way they treat everyone is the medicine itself.  Mari Cris (she always would say Merry Christmas so we can remember her name easily) is the gift of Brookfield to all their patients!  She really goes above and beyond for all the patients and family members!  Mayra in the front is the life of this place. She is the twinkling star of Brookfield!   Sara, business office lady, was also very helpful. She assisted me with everything that we needed!  I just love them so much and am so thankful for the wonderful experience.

Great nursing facility. Staff are very professional and compassionate. They tend to everybody from the moment you walk-in (even guests) until you leave. The administrator and/or director also helps. We've visited other facilities and this by far has been the most welcoming around the area. Thanks Brookfield!

My grandma had fluid build up in her lungs and she had to go to this rehab after the hospital.  I am very pleased with the overall service provided by Brookfield Healthcare.   The nurses are so kind and always so attentive to my grandma's needs.  Parking is small but there is a complimentary valet.  There are different activities everyday such as bingo and loteria which my grandma enjoyed very much!
