I lived in their in 1981
It was ok
We had no problems like they maybe did a few yrs ago
If it's anything like York creek 
With which I have never lived because need to be making three times the rent amount 
Oh and be on welfare with many children do drugs party and get FREE Medicaid! And have roaches!!! No lie!!!!

I live here and I love it the park manager is such a wonderful person and it is so peaceful and quiet my own little piece of country in the city

Great Community Halloween event they hosted for the kids today , And also had Hot CoCo And Food for the community, My son Krimzon absolutely loved trick or treating on Larry's Hay Ride and what Larry and Lisa do for the Kids and Community is great, It feels good knowing your kids are well looked after in the community and the managers go that extra mile for there residents

This is my second home away from home, This trailor park is one of the most laid back parks I ever been at and definitely refer anyone looking for a nice place to rent or own to contact them. The Landlords are great people and make you feel comfortable when your there
