Brooklyn Pharmacy has a new owner/pharmacist. The business is open as remodeling goes on. They are delivering Rx. Further, the museum of historical items will be part of the pharmacy.

It's a cute shop but that's it. First, I tried to use a prescription discount card (that worked fine at Fred Meyers) that they were unable to process because they lack the computer software for it - far worse though, they pretended at first that they were checking it (an older gentleman whispered loudly to the woman at the counter to just pretend to try it) instead of telling me the truth right out - I hadn't been rude at all so it was really weird how obviously and strangely they chose to handle the situation. Second, one of the women that work there was extremely rude to me on the phone on multiple occasions, for unclear reasons. Wanted to stick with the cute local place but not worth all the hassle.

I live in the nearby neighborhood and use this pharmacy. I have used a couple of others around not as good or are they convenient.  They have always been very helpful. At times above and beyond. I love the small-town feel.  No big cooperate not even knowing who you are when you are in there on a regular basis.    That is refreshing to know that customer service still exists! Thank you for being there!
