I really love this bar. It’s an amazing pit stop before or after a show at the Ball Arena. The staff were amazing and efficient . Their set of food and drinks were fantastic! It’s a bit pricey but that is what happens when one goes downtown, especially after the street from the stadium. Their selection of music was also amazing!
Gets the job done, but keep expectations in line. The food is all pretty generic and served straight from the Sysco truck to your table. ‍ However, the service is great, the atmosphere is as you’d expect for a bar/grill directly across from a stadium, and it’s everything you could ask for in a pre game meal. Burgers. Fries. Sandwiches. Some pretty bad guacamole. But hey..you can eat and walk to the game.
Convenient when nothing else is open after seeing a game/concert at Ball Arena. Service was good, food was average.
Convenient place to eat and drink before a concert. Lots of TV’s for sports viewing. Food and drinks average.
Three issue issues: overcharging, food and beverage quality, service. Server did not communicate to my dining mate who asked for a vodka Red Bull that he was charging for doubles. They certainly weren’t doubles. Each drink ended up costing $20. Would not have been difficult to ask and I don’t care how busy the restaurant is, that’s not acceptable. Server gave me 3 side options - fries, slaw, onion rings. Well, my soggy cold 8 onion rings were an additional $5, also not communicated. Wings were under sauced. Fries and onion rings soggy and cold. Bits of both burgers and the chicken in the Mac and cheese had a very acrid, burnt taste to them. Drinks were watered down - if I’m ever back here, I’d definitely only buy beer. Saw our server very infrequently. Had to ask multiple times for water. He spilled part of my drink on my partner when passing it over him, which was an odd way to deliver it anyway. He seemed to be spread too thin, and we weren’t able to discuss the billing issue with him and decided to just let it go. Won’t be back. Should have spent that much on food at the game; probably would have been better.
Cool atmosphere, gets packed right before Nuggets games, I usually got there a couple hours before the game started and could get a seat at the bar pretty easy. Pretty good food and a great selection of beers.
My drink was good and the food was what I expected from a bar & restaurant but the service was asinine. I stood at the host stand ungreeted for 5 minutes until I had to approach them, my server was fantastic! Loved that guy, and my food runner was incredibly snarky when I asked him for some add ons I was missing. Not the way I wanted to enjoy a Nuggets win. From major highs to major lows.
Service wasn’t great. Overly packed, staff can barely fit through in between tables. Our server rushed through the entire service, spilling drinks each time and billed the wrong charge on my credit card. The red chili bowl and green chili bowl were really good. There was nothing ultimate about the ultimate margarita, more of a house marg.
Nice location, good service, worst burger I've had in the US in 6 years. Tasteless and so dried that it was hard to swallow. Margaritas taste like lemonade, we had to order extra tequila shots.
Cool spot, crowds ebs and flows with the events at Ball Arena. Food was decent but a bit overpriced. On a Friday night they had 10+ tvs only playing one basketball game not the Denver Nuggets, was weird af.
