Amazing coffee, frappes and bagel/bagel combos. The service is tier 1, friendly faces and great attitudes. It's always a pleasure going and am always happy to return. Don't forget to tip, they deserve it. Love my Rocky road frappes

This place...wow. I wish I lived 3 hours closer. Ate here twice in two days on a recent trip to Muskegon. Breakfast bagels were huge, bursting with flavor. Truly delicious. Reasonable prices and the coffee is also great. Don't bother with a chain. Just go here.

I went here for the first time to try it out. I ordered a simple iced coffee with heavy whipping cream. He said they only have half and half (I cannot have that due to dietary restriction, sounds weird I know). My cashier told me they don't have that. A woman working beside my cashier stated in his ear "we have heavy whipping cream in the back." My cashier looked at her and said "yeah we can't serve that..." (and I didn't pay attention to the rest once he said that) I stated, "oh, it's just a diet restriction." He said okay and I ended up paying $3 for coffee and ice cubes because I didn't wanna make a scene and walk out. Literally the worst coffee shop customer experience. Im not worth it as a customer enough to serve me something you have.

The bagel sandwich I had was fine. Pretty good bagel actually, and the chicken salad was tasty. But the coffee is too week...I feel like I still need coffee....I'm sitting here trying NOT to fall asleep writing this damn review.
