As pleasant as a dental visit can get and the most wonderful staff I’ve ever met! Dr. Snyder is extremely caring as is his staff. Over all it is a caring and modern office with incredible people! Highly recommend them!!

Dustin and his team are wonderful. I had Heather clean my teeth today and the words I would use to describe her is "complete perfectionist." She was so attentive, helpful and detailed and my teeth are cleaner than they have ever been and that helps when you drink a whole lot of coffee like I do.

Good facility, equipment, and competent staff. But it can also be overpriced. The dentist recommended a minor procedure that didn't involve any drilling or anesthesia, and took only ten minutes (and was somewhat questionable whether I really needed it). That was all fine except I was charged $150 for that ten minutes and minuscule use of their resources. This dentist is also not very good at small talk. He asks, "So back to work after this?" I replied that I'll go for a run (I'm training for another marathon and running outside mid-day is best for winter). My non-"yes" answer got a, "So it's a relaxing day for you then." Was he implying that I'm not working as hard as him? Perhaps overweight dentists should "relax" a bit too.

My son broke his tooth at the root one evening. I was able to talk to Dr. Snyder that evening when it happened and he saw my son first thing the next morning. Dr. Snyder was able to make the crown at his office, and by the end of the day my son's dental work was completed and he was eating dinner like nothing happened the day before. Dr. Snyder talked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. My son was very happy with the care he received and likes his new tooth. I am really glad Dr. Snyder is our dentist. I recommend him 100 percent!

I felt informed and understood. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that will work both with my schedule and my budget, so that I can move forward toward better dental health.
