Would not live in this place if someone gave me a place.  Ok for dogs to poop outside their house n never clean up.  Wonderful aroma.  NOT.  Allow their big dogs to run loose. Thought there was a limit on weight and number of dogs allowed.  Guess this doesn't apply to all. Glad I don't live here.

I (Diane) and my sister has planned on attending the annual community sale this morning (10/14/17) and was not sure of which particular lane to be in (shame shame on me for "not having read the sign").   According to Rich had I read the sign I would know which lane to be in.    Rich then proceeded with his syrupy sweet faciciousness until I said "My, you are a funny guy",  to which he replied that its part of the job.  If he were my employee I would utilize his services elsewhere as I would think you would want someone who is in charge of greeting people upon entering (or not, in which case I turned around and left) to have a positive experience especially during a date/time when activities dictate there may be some confusion as to which lane to be in.  I, upon leaving, asked the other gentleman the "other" persons's name to which he replied "Rich".  I then said I lived in High Point and have considered Brookridge as my retirement home but that after this encounter I may not.  He then said "We don't want your kind????? Get out of here!  My KIND?   What was meant by that?  He said this was on audio and video so please make sure you view this tape and I do hope to get a response back from someone on the Board.  I resent being spoken to in the manner in which I was and he should be ashamed of himself although I am sure he is not.  This has left a very bad taste in my mouth about this community of which I am sure there are many fine residents.  Thank you for your time.

Tried to get in this community to search for rental....security refused me admission!...went for community sale....HA! Got past your guards ....got a few good deals....
