For goodness sake, update your hours on Google maps. Google says 11AM vs 1PM. And answer your phone or have a voice mail with hours. Very unprofessional.

Brooks Brothers King Street is my go to store for quality men's clothing, both off the rack and made to measure. I recently attended a trunk show at the King Street store and purchased a custom sport coat, custom shirting and custom tailored dress slacks. The fabric selections were outstanding, the staff and tailors were super knowledgeable and the final product was an exact fit. Absolutely the best quality at very fair price. Hats off to Mark Coffee (the store manager) and the rest of the Brooks Brothers King Street staff. Thanks to everyone...I'll definitely be back this fall for some cool weather clothing!!!

I have been a long time fan of Brooks Brother; however, ever since having the King Street Store be my new home location. The outstanding review of Brooks Brothers has been hard to keep. I will do everything I can to not shop at that location. The customer service and product care is appalling. I find my self now having be told one thing, then calling my old home store or online and being told something totally different on multiple accounts.

I may be a bit biased, but it's the best service on King St. Trust me... I know.

They don't carry Red fleece, but the service was fine!
