I don't know if it was that the employees were tired of random people just walking in and touching their $195 t-shirts and $295 polos, but they were very rude... Actually, rude would be a good word had they actually said something or acknowledged my and my wife's presence. Instead I was treated like a gust of wind, not asked whether I was interested in anything I was looking at or whether I wanted to try something on.

Waited in line for almost 15 minutes close to closing time. The guy ringing a guest up was having trouble with their card. I watched 2 employees cleaning up for the night walking past us a few times who could have helped us. Instead they ignored us probably so they could get out of work on time. It is just not professional for Brooks Brothers employee to act like that
