It didn't smell fresh inside. It had an odor of produce going bad and turning meat. The items on shelves were dusty and seemed to have been there a while. There were very few staff on duty. It's not the Brookshire Brothers I remember that was The place to get the freshest produce and really great prices. I won't be going back to this location specifically.  I don't want to dust my groceries before I put them away at home.
 The location on W. Frank Ave. Is like a different chain. Cleaner,  more variety,  no dust on the tops of everything.  I don't think a store should look so shabby just because it's not in a nicer part of town. 
The manager seemed like he was annoyed at questions and wanted to be somewhere else.  :(

The prices are very reasonable and I love their produce*also milk and dairy products are very competitively priced*much lower than you can find at the local convenience stores*& they are never crowded in the store you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes@the checkout stand*
