I love that this store is here, gives more options to the area. It has some good deals here and there. The deli is nice if you can catch them open and with meats available. Sometimes I'm disappointed because they sporadically have the nice deli sandwiches and meat selection specifically turkey or chicken sometimes it feels like they could be more prepped. Employees are nice tho, sometimes the deli ppl like to carry on conversation with other employees and ignore customers. But mostly it's good.
The meat department had spoiled meat in it! Will not go back. Authority should be contacted!
Easy to find products, and they carry some great coffee brands that I haven't been able to find elsewhere in town. They also have plenty of cashiers so I have never had to stand in a long line. Our family has been shopping here for over 50 years and still do. Oh, and don't forget their fried chicken. It is excellent and better than the chicken in restaurants. Yes, it is that good!
Nice local grocery store. Has some unique Texas products. Can helium inflate balloons here. Fried chicken is fantastic and can be ordered for catering.
The sandwich I bought tasted like mold and the lettuce on it was at least four days old.

This is a very nice grocery store. It has all the features of a bigger town high end grocery store. It was very clean, well stocked with large aisles. The employees were very nice and attentive. It was a pleasure to walk around and look at the items available. I enjoyed my visit here.
Check your dates when you shop here! There's always a LOT of stuff that's still on shelves past best sold by date. That includes perishables such as prepackaged vegetables and meat! I'm not talking about one or two things per visit. It's crazy! Still have full price on this stuff.
We placed a order for two trays at the deli bakery yesterday for pickup today. However, they claimed we never placed an order at all. We needed those trays today. I can see how much Brookshire Brothers Deli has failed since longtime deli manager left the store.
