We spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon at Brookside.  The beer was cold, the gin and tonic refreshing and our food was great.  We usually bring our own chairs and move to the yard under a shade tree to enjoy the music after our meal.  We love the outdoor scene in the afternoon, families, bikers and tourists all enjoying a good time.  The bar inside is nice, too.  Brookside is a destination for us whenever possible on a weekend afternoon.
Service was great in spite of the big crowd.  We love to patronize locally owned restaurants.   The vibe here is relaxed and fun.

Serves the greatest burgers. The char makes the flavor outstanding! Eating on the patio is very relaxing:.

Mandi, one of the bartenders, is one of the sweetest people in the world. I HIGHLY recommend going there for their mushroom and swiss burger.
