I never have any idea what we are actually doing when I go. I've had about 5 Thursdays worth of consecutive appointments for intense work, and whatever they say I'm coming in next week for is not at all what we end up doing. They don't seem to know either, as I was told they sent off for approval on my wisdom tooth but  it came back as root canals on my front teeth, which I also need but I thought I was there for an extraction? It's a guessing game every time!

This place is the worst, I wouldn't have even came here if it wasn't for my insurance. What's the point of making an appointment if it takes an hour to be seen, or the doctor to be "stuck in traffic" as if people don't have other things they need to do. Ridiculous they really need to make they're patients more of a priority. It's amazing they've stayed open for so long

Very unorganized and unprofessional. My records were not sent when I needed a second opinion after requesting them more than 5 times. I had pain for months after my filling and then I was told I needed more treatment. Would NEVER go here!!!

Staff was unprofessional. Equipment appeared out-dated. But worst of all was the dentist himself. He gave no introduction or greeting when he entered/exited the room, as if he were too busy to establish rapport with patients. When I was describing my tooth pain (the entire reason for my visit), the dentist was dismissive of everything I said, as though it were irrelevant information. He made me feel like I was a nuisance for even coming into the office. 

I was automatically assigned this dentist through my insurance. I did not check reviews or investigate the office in any way. I wish I had, and I hope that future potential patients will read this review, and bypass the horrible experience that I had with Brookside Dental Associates.
