Super grimy and outdated, and I wish that was the worst part. There was a HUGE spider sticking its legs out in the wall where the cable wire runs and another dead one on the "windowsill" (the second mirror ledge)...Made me super skeeved out and I couldn't stop wondering where the spider nest was. We were literally there for a total of 20 minutes and not refunded our money so that really sucked that we just had to eat the $50. 

I understand that it was a $50 room and I guess you get what you pay for, but honestly that was too gross. I will be sticking to familiar chain names now where I know will be clean and comfortable.

Clean room; fridge and microwave in the room. Good rate

We took non smoking room, but it was like some one smoked inside few minutes ago,

There's two mirrors in the bathroom, which I really though was odd.  The 2nd mirror was placed in what used to look like a window. I wonder what was behind ?

Liquid/stain on the bed sheet (not fitted).  Vacuum tracks visible, even the grime in the corner where the vacuum couldn't reach. The room decor was 70s themed. 
As a smoker, I prefer non smoking rooms for the cleanliness and just smoke outside in designated smoking areas.  Had they informed me I couldn't smoke outside I would have turned around.  If they see you smoking outside, they will ask you to vacate the premises as they did me.

Will be sticking to the big-name hotels from now on.
