My company booked these guys for an event for our company, for 70 people including spouses and children. The event was set and booked over a month in advance. We paid the deposit and distributed the menu to our staff. Then today, the day of the event, with less than hours notice, they send an email CANCELING! They don't even give an explanation, they just cancel. Now leaving my event in shambles. These couldn't even bother the cancel the day before to at least give me a chance to try and get a replacement. They are trash. Do not waste your money with these guys and certainly do not trust them!
The customer service was great ! They were nice and joked around with me!
Great deli. The way they're supposed to be. They get good traffic, so you know the food hasn't been sitting around. The staff is well coordinated and quick with an energetic, lighthearted vibe. I have nothing bad to say about this deli, but I'm staying with 4 stars until I go back a few times and evaluate consistency.
Fantastic Deli! I used to live here in NY and one of my favorite foods was bacon egg and cheese on a roll. I have lived in Florida for 23 years. They have no idea what this breakfast sandwich is. I went to the brothers deli and everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was part of the family. They all had great personalities and made my experience perfect. They helped bring back all those memories I had getting breakfast here in NY. I will be going there every day I am up here. Thank you guys.
Told me I had to wait 30 minutes for a. Cold sandwich on a Monday at 10am and had bad additudes. Not going back
Great food reasonable prices
Normally come here once or twice a month. Purchased 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches plus 2 OJs and a free coffee. Should run me around $20-$25. Don’t regularly look at my bank statement. They charged me almost $80 for my order. Can’t get them to answer their phone. I will dispute the charge with my bank. Beware when you come here. Make sure you get a receipt for your order if you do come here.
They make the best egg sandwiches here. And the the majority of times visiting has been great. All the women and majority of men are. However, this one gentleman who works there was quite rude to me. Because I asked about the order I called in and it was not ready. He told me it was my promblem not his. But, overall a good place to eat.
Been there multiple times. Great food, good prices and friendly service! I heard multiple good reviews from other people as well.probably our go to deli in Lindenhurst from now on.
All good, little slow but food was excellent.
