I wouldn’t use your services just based on your drivers’ aggressive driving. I’ve been tailgated multiple times by your drivers on Rt 1. I feel that if you’re using your truck as advertisement, your drivers should be more respectful on the roads.

Nobody at this company ever answers the phone. Our builder contracted this company to install our security system, it was not our choice. When you call for help because you have a problem with the equipment or you have a question you get an answering machine, you leave a message and most often your call is never returned. We have found Brothers Security to be very difficult to work with and very unprofessional. We are in the process of obtaining another central monitoring company to work with.

I've been with Brother's security since 2000.    They installed the system along with the electrical in our house when it was built.  I've never had a problem.  I've only had a need to call them when I switched VOIP providers to see how to go about testing and they answered right away and called me back very quickly when someone was tied up on the phone.  The cost is very competitive.  We've had 2 times for actual alarms in 14 years.  One was for a smoke head that went off at 3am.  They called us within seconds of the alert and ended up dispatching.  The other time was for a police officer checking our slider door, which set off the alarm at 2am.  They called right away and dispatched.  (Long story on why the police were checking my door).    Whenever we've tested the system it works fine.  I'm also using VOIP providers which isn't normally supported for any alarm system with monitoring but I've got it working well.  Brother's did my install and they've been my monitoring station for 14 years.  positive experience and the alarm system has held up fine.
