The staff are friendly, and will converse with you. 
The prices are lower than other similar locations ($16.50 vs $19 for my Chevy avalanche) for comparable service. 

The waiting area, while shaded, is less than stellar and does reek of.. Something. Can't pinpoint the scent. 

Can't comment on the higher end services &  detailing quality.

I had been traveling on a Buisness trip and came across a car wash Buisness by accident. I realized I  needed a car wash.  So I pulled in and  walked in to the office  to pay for a car wash. The Staff were  friendly, professional and did a really great job on my vehicle. I was impressed with the vibe there, just a sincere prompt and professional Buisness that I am glad I found, thank you.
