To the dinosaur in room 100: Quit! If you don't like your job then find something else. LAZY and just plain out don't want to work. I was dismissed by an eye roll and sucking of the teeth, rude and very unprofessional! The girl she was training even seen it and was trying to be nice. Hopefully she is training that girl for her spot! I hate to see this is where our tax money goes. And don't try to call... rings once and hangs up! I was told to go to another court house in Deerfield Beach (45 mins away) and they were the nicest people, which they also told me the dinosaur could have helped me there. I know I will stay far away from this court house by all means. 0 STARS

The clerks in the housing services division are a lazy and have a nasty attitude. Ask them about case information and she couldn't even look it up. So I had to call someone else and even they said they can find it if they search. There's 5 ladies back there one at a window with a dozen people waiting. Ask a lady walking by a question politely and she grind and walk away. Absolutely horrible customer service. They all should be fired for wasting tax payers money. I wouldn't even rate 1 star but had to in order to write this review. If they don't like their jobs they should consider working at Mc Donald's sweeping floors!!

Took me two hours to get my passport renewed. The lady was nice albeit a little under pressure to keep it quick. I asked to verify a couple things but she had it all down, very thorough.

My name is Juliana Martinez I was recently hit from behind in a traffic accident . I was given the ticket because of a witness that claimed multiple things that weren't true . Now when I went to the hearing before un honorable Arlene S Backman it was a mess. This woman is so unprofessional she should be fired immediately. she heard the other drivers testimony then the witnesses then It was my turn I tried to tell my side but in the middle I was interrupted because She felt she had to correct me then I was trying to tell her that the witness has multiple holes in the story and that I had paperwork to prove it and then she cut me off. then said your guilty then I said I'm not guilty then it turned into a pissing contest , she started going off saying this was her courtroom blah blah blah then threatened to hold me in contempt of court this miserable woman needs to be fired immediately and then treated for whatever's wrong with her. She only has a job there because of her husband plus she was recently was turned down by the jnc.

If I could give no stars I would to make a payment in room 200 they waste people's time they have loud conversations in the back laughing and carrying on while the really if ppl in the lobby.. it just makes no sense how slow those women are
