This past march we used Browns when my father in law passed away. They were kind, caring and very supportive through every single step of the process. I did not truly appreicate how wonderful they were til my dad passed away and we had to use a different funeral home.

Jim Reigle and his associates were extremely accommodating and patient.  Even during a technical snafu while setting up before the visitation, where I had lost my composure a bit, Jim remained totally calm, kind and professional. Any request or question we had during the entire process was handled with concern and immediacy and we felt completely accommodated.  Well done!

They are more interested in getting every penny and holding up all process of burying the dead with No sympathy whatsoever.  They got their money to the penny and held up my sister's funeral for days with no newspaper notice thanks to their mean spirit.  A great looking place but a horrible office staff/manager.  Avoid this place or transfer them out as quickly as you can.
