Dr. Brown was recommended to us after we moved to New Haven, and for many years I have received excellent, thorough, well-informed dental care from him and his staff. Always caring, always punctual. They have the client's best interests in mind. I have recommended Dr. Brown to others.

Extremely unprofessional.  At least twice, I have had appointments for which the staff did not show or was late.  Clear lack of appreciation for patients and their time.
