Today we received a call from Christopher Cohen demanding payment for a delinquent account. When I tried to get more information from him (the company he works for, who he represents, ect) he refused to tell me and instead started screaming "GET YOUR OWNER OR HIS LAWYER TO CALL ME BACK!!!". I tried to assure him that I was cooperating, but I needed basic information from him to pass on to the company's owner or lawyer. Mr. Cohen refused to tell me and just kept screaming "GET YOUR OWNER OR HIS LAWYER TO CALL ME BACK!!!" over and over and over. Eventually I gave up, hung up on him, and called the office again to talk to someone else. Unsurprisingly they were calling the completely wrong company. If Mr. Cohen had refrained from losing his mind I could have given him the correct contact information much sooner. 
I cannot comprehend how Mr. Cohen expects to collect delinquent accounts by refusing to answer basic questions (what company do you work for, what is their address, who do you represent?) and instead just screams madly. Even if he were contacting the correct company, he made it completely impossible to actually pay!

We have received a call from Dominick advising that there is an outstanding debt in the amount of $608 for some "disability" policy  from 2016 that I have never heard of. I tried to explain that I have no knowledge of such a policy and it's the first time I'm hearing that something is "due", as we always pay bills on time. Dominick started harassing me and was incredibly rude and abrupt, he just wanted to argue about everything instead of listening to what I was saying and finished with "I don't have time for this anymore" and hang up. I was curious to see what kind of company it is - after reading Google reviews I was relieved to see that everyone else has the same exact experience with this company. I'm surprised that other companies are even hiring Brown and Joseph LTD as their representation in collection matters. They are so unprofessional - it is beyond.

Screw this company and  Jennifer Shultz. My first conversation with this disgusting pig and she hung up on me. Even if someone was remotely interested in paying back their debt the second you speak to this disrespectful inconsiderate poor excuse of a human being Jennifer Shultz all bets are off. She was so rude and the first thing she did was threaten me. She didn't even explain what the debt was for. I found out this was about a liberty mutual debt. A few months ago apparently liberty mutual issued out a check in my name in error. They said the check had been mailed to my previous address and was cashed. I never cashed the check i didn't even know they issued me a check. If someone cashed it they have to do their own private investigation and find out who cashed their check or find out why the agent wrote out a check.

I am having the same problems with the attorney, Mr. Fratto, yelling at me.  He would not give me the time to discuss my side of his alleged claim.  I ended that call by handing up.
I have sent three emails with all my documentation attached without a response.  I am now sending it by certified mail.

Great company to hire if you don't want to get paid. 

"Nicole" claims we owe a tiny amount to a cancelled company insurance policy.  This insurance company, who I had regularly received email from going back years, NEVER sent me any invoice or notice of an outstanding amount.  I asked Nicole for some backup to show what we owe and what for. Nicole says it was emailed multiple times and mailed multiple times and she would NOT be giving me any additional information to settle the bill.  We have NEVER received any mail from either Brown and Joseph or the Insurance company. After searching my junk mail I found ONE notice from them (Brown and Joseph) with an amount and their internal file number".   I found this while on the phone with her, explained that it was insufficient, and that I need more information.  She refused.  I asked for a manager and she said there was none. After I told her I can't pay without any bill or backup Nicole said she was noting in my file I was unwilling to pay . I am still not sure if this is some kind of scam.
