When we had an issue that made it impossible to use our plumbing they came out in a few hours and solved the problem. This was not a clean tidy problem and they handled it with tact and humor. Reasonable charge for good service Update 6/14/24.... still the best. Managed to squeeze us in the same day even though it was busy we only have one bathroom. Did a good job at a fair price. No complaints. Looking forward to having them work on some improvements this year.

Leaking faucet and malfunctioning garbage disposal during the holidays. Andy called back and within the hour showed up the house and repaired and replaced the needed plumbing. I’m impressed with the professionalism and expedited response. Highly recommend Brown’s Plumbing.
I cannot recommend Browns highly enough!! They stuck with me for months, trying to figure out a crazy problem that had my furnace shutting down randomly. Didn't give up like another company that had come before, but kept coming back and trying. Eventually the problem was solved and I now have wonderful, glorious heat! Andy was patient, understanding and determined to find and solve the problem. Listened to me. This is what I would call a "good, old fashioned company". Again, I cannot recommend them enough. They should be your first call when something goes wrong!
Andy Brown returned my message quickly and removed and replaced my Hot water tank the next morning. His employees were fast professional and did a great job. His price was very competitive and made suggestions and gave me options to save money. Andy suggested how to troubleshoot the problem before having to make a house call and take my money. That says a lot about the integrity of this plumber.

Andy and Jeremy have helped me out a number of times with my 1934 home. They have been wonderful, on time, reasonable, and extremely patient as this is my first older home. And I have a million questions which they very patiently answer. Thanks so much guys, you're the best.
