Or first time here. Was not disappointed It was Sunday. Waited 20 minutes, had gluten-free and vegan option for pancakes, that are absolutely delicious. We found our new breakfast spot. With allergies I rarely ever get to eat any breakfast spots. Thank you Brownstone for having these options We will come back and my brother will be bringing my neice their on Valentine's day as a to special treat because of how we raved about it. Our server was so helpful they even made a mistake and made my husband pancakes instead of the waffle and he wanted to make it right for us my husband kept the pancakes. He said well definitely come back and he'll try the waffle next time. Banana walnut pancakes blueberry pancakes were the best pancakes I've ever had. My daughter had the peanut butter pancakes and loved them. They were fluffy and so filling
My daughter loves pancakes so yesterday we Googled and this place popped up. Being close, 35 minutes away, Today we decided to go. They seem to specialize in the extraordinary. We were set on trying the pancakes but observed so many different items we decided on the Bacon Ranch burger. DELICIOUS- savory flavor with the best curly fries. WE WILL BE RETURNING for the breakfast food. Friendly and courteous staff. Our Server DESTINY was the BEST. EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. And although the place was filled to capacity, your food was not delayed.
It’s super popular for a reason be ready to wait. The food is very tasty and rich in flavors and calories for sure and in a large portion, but price is reasonable. Great choice if such classic brunch is exactly what you’re looking for!
We made reservations 2 hours ahead. Once we arrived. We were advised that reservations are just put your name on the list, but the table is not ready. We end up waiting whole another hour. Once we sat down. We ordered our food. The food that tastes okay. Nothing crazy. The server Sam was great! They have slow service when getting your food. The bathroom is nasty. Overall score they get six out of ten. It is just like IHOP but more expensive with an attitude to certain unique items. Not worth the time!
In a Sunday late morning, we went for breakfast/brunch. We drove from the city via GWB, and it took us approx 20min. The way back to city was approx 50min. Free parking provided! Got seated almost immediately. We had the breakfast combo eggs over easy with pancakes, eggs Benedict, and 3 boiled eggs. Boiled eggs and eggs Benedict came with roasted potatoes, which were a bit too spicy. The portions are pretty generous, and we took home the pancakes. They had these incredible good Shakes which unfortunately were way too much.staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere very nice but maybe a tick loud. Credit card payers be aware. The restaurant charges a 3% fee for using it. There is an ATM in the restaurant to avoid the credit card fee. Bathroom was clean. I think the restaurant is accessible for handicapped ppl. Including ice tea, coke and and coffee $60 excl. Tips.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! The food was out of this world. I cannot imagine what other visitors might be saying about it. I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, my waiter was super kind, and patient. The wait time for the food wasn’t decent, we didn’t wait for very long. It was super busy with it being a Saturday during brunch when I visited. I really enjoyed my time here. Definitely will visit again.
After a 2 hour wait outside no reservations taken here we finally made it inside. Decor is really cool, a hip coffee shop style. Seating for big parties however seems difficult since it's a small place. Food came out fairly quickly given how busy the place was. Food was good but I can't say it was mind blowing. Coffee was good. If you like your food loaded taylor ham, egg and cheese wrapped in a french toast wrap smothered in syrup for example then this place is for you.
It was completely amazing! For starters the Hot Chocolate was sooo good. Then the food was really great! I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churro French Toast, and it was a dream, it felt more like dessert than breakfast though I had a bit of my friends items, and they were good as well, specially the Mushroom, Cheese and Spinach omelets, was really good. The only downside is that you have to wait for quite sometime, but it's understandable since it's quite a popular spot. 100% Recommend and amazing service by staff. Definitely coming back for more!
The salmon egg Benedict’s was very tasty, the home made potatoes weren’t that good, and not salty. The pancakes were actually dry, if this is a pancake factory and it’s their main food that they advertise than they should put more effort. If it wasn’t for the topping on the pancakes to give some taste I couldn’t have eat them. Pancakes ahoy is be soft and melt in your mouth.
My family and friends who are visiting enjoyed themselves. We had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. We had a party of 12 didn't wait long. Never been to this Browntone Pancake Factory before it was fantastic. Kid-friendliness: Have a children's menu Parking: Valet Parking
