Safe and secure mini storage to fit your needs. We have varying sizes for long or short term.

Dry storage, climate controlled storage and the open storage all require a custom key code entry at the gate for access. Your custom key code gains you access 24/7. The facility is well lighted both inside and out, with security cameras and fence.

The climate control units on the inside of the building are protected by an additional steel door and key code. Climate control storage will keep your belongings and furniture cool in the summer, warm in the winter and free of outside elements.

Our large RV and Boat sized dry storage units face Walnut Street for easy entry, and feature double pad locks for your security.

I moved from the DFW area in July 2017 and was searching for a nice climate-controlled storage facility,  in the Brownwood area, similar to the Class A facility I stored at in Dallas, for over 10 years.  I was so happy to learn that there were a couple of options meeting my requirements.  After touring the properties, I decided on this facility, and I have been so relieved to find that I didn’t compromise on anything.  It’s exactly what I was looking for.  The property is very well maintained, and the owners have taken extra measures to offer a secure facility with space to accommodate all of your storage needs.  The staff has been exceptional, flexible and very accommodating!

Great convenient location, Very clean, off the highway, well lit, and secure! I have referred a few customers there, All have had great experiences. Customer service is AMAZING, They are very quick to reply and help with anything.
