Beth lied to me about emailing my taxes twice and when I call  to let them know that I have not received them Beth at the front desk yelled at me  and hung up on me. My schedule is really tight  so I hardly have any time available  for running errands  and when I called back to let them know that I have not received my taxes  in my inbox  Bob the owner said well "there's nothing I can tell you we don't email taxes" If Beth would had mention this important detail since the first time I called the office It would had saved me a lot of time. This office is a joke and  don't care about their female customers . I have referred my friend to this place for her taxes and they insulted her with poor behavior. Their office is out of date for the prices they charge.  Their customer service is a really bad. They don't even deserve 1star

They are very knowledgeable and helpful.  Saved me a bunch of money on my taxes and got them done quickly.  Made doing my taxes easy.  I will be back.
