Really satisfied with the service! Bruce Holiman's group really takes the time to understand your needs and address areas you might overlook without their expertise in assisting you. Mike Goth is a great agent and resource for help as well. I switched from another group, and I'm so happy I did. I feel like this group really cares about helping their clients and making time for each client as well. If that's important to you, as it should be, then this group can definitely help you out.

I had been with Bruce's office for 13 years. I had just recently called in a setup a automatic payment that went though successfully. A month or two later and I noticed the automatic payment wasn't coming out of my account any more. I called and tried to get everything worked out and they said they saw that they had setup direct payment, but they didn't save any of my info. They didn't call or send any kind of mail to let me know my payment wasn't made. I found out the person I had previously dealt with was fired, because obviously she couldn't do her job correctly. I tried to get them to re-instate my insurance, but the best they could do was to charge me twice as much as I had been paying. I had lost multiple discounts like 10 year accident free, good student, safe driver (Can't ever get again). I had been insured with them for 13 years and this is how I was treated, how do you think they will treat you?
