It is hard to explain how great our experience with Bruce has been.  He's done several projects for us.  The work is excellent, but more importantly  . . . he and his team are wonderful to work with.  He's done high end leather work and simple patio furniture.  He has restructured pieces, allowing me to make items I love work in three very different homes.  Regardless of project, he CARES!  You cannot go wrong with with Bruce.

I was given Bruce's business card from a friend who had three family members utilize his services 17+ years ago, their experience was so memorable that his card was kept and passed around to family and friends all these years.

His professional manner, exceptional vision and incredible talent turned my life around, my "treasures" old worn pieces were transformed into more than I could imagine.
I was so excited that upon delivery of my finished items I sent a second group of items for transformation.

Not only did Bruce patiently help me select the proper fabric, he designed one of a kind window dressings, rearrange placement of furniture, suggest paint color and many other designer tips of decor.

The quality of craftsmanship is tops, the pricing is beyond fair, the turn around time amazing.

I walk into my home and say to myself "who lives here?" its stunning!
I could not have completed the transformation without Bruce.

I had never upholstered anything before and a friend recommended Ross Upholstery.  When I called Bruce was very helpful on the phone asking me about the colors and textures I was thinking about using.  We set up an appointment and he brought fabric samples to my home.  We discussed different options for my chair and ottoman - some I hadn't even considered. 
When my furniture was returned, it looked like brand new.  I also had a few toss pillows made which really completed the look.  I was very happy with the results.  My tired out-dated living room was transformed by the newly upholstered furniture.  It looked as beautiful as a model home!   I'd recommend Ross Upholstery to anyone needing upholstery work.

I have used Bruce Ross Custom Upholstery services for all of my upholstery needs and have always been very satisfied with the results. Bruce has always done his work as promised and he is very professional,friendly and very affordable. I just picked up a chair Bruce had done for my new house. I couldn't believe how beautiful the pattern was matched.  I have used his services for years and when I read the 2 negative reviews I was shocked. I have never had a negative experience.
